This shipping policy is for the RMRR & Waymaker Merch Shop owned and operated by Rocky Mountain Revival Radio, LLC (“Company“, “we“, “us“, “our“, “seller“).

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS

RMRR & Waymaker Merch Shop currently offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska & Hawaii).

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard shipping rates are determined per each product and are calculated at checkout.

2. PROCESSING TIME

We process orders during our normal business hours.

All products ordered (not counting digital downloads) are custom made at the time of the order. Therefore, orders are processed within two (2) business day(s) EXCLUDING weekends and public/Federal holidays. Once the order had been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

Please note that processing time is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

3. CANCELLATIONS

4. RETURNS

Please see our Refund & Return Policy for information on Products Returns. Please note that Custom items and Sale items can NOT be returned.

5. DELAYED ORDERS

In case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Otherwise, customers will be informed of a new shipping window. Shipping delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

First, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Please be aware that once your order leaves our facility and is placed in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the care and delivery of the package.

In the event that your product has arrived damaged or was lost in transit, you should reach out to the shipping provider to file a claim with them directly.

We encourage all customers to provide a secure drop-off location for package delivery or arrange to be present when your order is expected to arrive. Similarly, please take care to enter your shipping information correctly, as typos in a shipping address are common causes of lost or missing packages.

In the unlikely event that the item is defective upon arrival, then please reference our Refund & Return Policy for further information.

7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do NOT ship to addresses outside the United States.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the United States. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
